New delhi, 29th August. National Sports Day was celebrated in a special way by FIMT College where the student cadets of NSS and NCC Presented few physical exercises and march past in front of Prof. (Dr) Saroj Vyas-Director of the college. On this occasion, a seventeen-minute documentary film “An Amazing Journey of Commonwealth Games” based on the history of Commonwealth Games was screened in the college auditorium.
This documentary film is produced by twelve BA-JMC first year students under the direction of Assistant Professor SS Dogra who is working in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. More than forty students watched this film along with faculty Dr. S.P. Singh, Assistant Professor Dr. Shikha Dutt Sharma, Assistant Professor Ipsa Saxena, Assistant Professor Parul Manchanda, NCC Instructor Shiv Yadav, Assistant Professor Parul Bhatia, etc. The said documentary film was also released on the official YouTube channel and Facebook page of the college.
